Unusual Nights Out To Celebrate A Milestone Birthday!

When you're celebrating a special milestone birthday you want to think outside the box and do something just that little bit out of the ordinary.
Forget the standard meals in the local carvery or a few drinks down the pub, you want to do something more unique that you'll really remember in years to come!
Here are my Top 3 ideas for unusual nights out!
1. Get Outside!
Seeing a play is always a fun night out, and as someone who did a qualification in performing arts of course it's something I think EVERYBODY should do as often as possible - but what's even MORE fun than a night at an average theatre?  Seeing an outdoor production!
There's something so magical about sitting in a beautiful outdoor setting watching the arts, take along a picnic and a bottle of wine and you have the perfect romantic evening out!
If theater isn't your bag, it works just as well with movies under the stars too!
2. Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is!
 If going out for a top quality meal is what you really enjoy doing but you want to mix it up and make it a bit more fun - keep your eyes open for pop-up restaurants! This new trend in the restaurant business is great when you want to go somewhere totally fresh and unique, and they can often be themed or merged with something else - for example Pokerstars recently created a pop-up restaurant  in London in collaboration with Jones & Sons, offering gourmet food with all the fun of a casino trip thrown in! The concept is that you "Pay By Poker" - First you play a few hands of poker. Then, what you pay is based on how many chips you have at the end of those three hands. That could be £10, £5 or absolutely nothing, all complements of PokerStars! How much fun does that sound?!
3. Ghouls Night Out!
If you've a bit of an interest in things that go bump in the night, then a walking tour with a spooky theme could be ideal! Most major cities run a guided tour showing off their most haunted spots, and many are even free!
If you fancy taking it up a level, a nights ghost hunting at a haunted location could be something you'll never forget!
