Uttapams!

I was born in Bangalore,India & brought up in Ahmedabad,India..Till Class-8th I was the only gal in my class from south..So, whenever I used to take Idli's or Uttapams as my lunch to school I was the one to take the last bite..that, which my friends left as soon as they used to realize that the dabba was mine!!! But,I was no less!!Soon after that, I used to make agreements like I'll eat their maggi,pakodas etc. and only then they would get to "taste" my SI food.
It was only a few days ago that I learned to make Uttapams after getting inspired by the MASTER CHEF INDIA-3 winner,Shipra Khanna..I've uploaded some of the pics..Have a LOOK..:)
