Valentine's Day

We're having a fun Valentine's Day! Here is one of the Pinspired Valentine's Day gifts I created for my sweet husband. I'm really happy with the way it turned out and my husband seemed to love it! Even better, I didn't spend a dime to make it! I had everything on hand that I needed: a deck of cards, Modge Podge, scrapbook paper, stickers, old magazines, a pen, ribbon and those little rings to hold the cards together.

Another Pinspired gift made with a Starbucks bottle, scrapbook paper, a marker and almonds. I threw this together in about 5 minutes... you can probably tell! Still fun though. :)
A beautiful Valentine's rose from Daddy, for Bug.
I got my favorites for Valentine's Day!! Red tulips.

I found these 2 stuffed animals at Goodwill {I'm cheap like that} for the kids. I've learned that if you wash and dry stuffed animals they're good as new! Bug has been asking for a stuffed frog and Little C loves dogs.
With a few minor adjustments I turned the frog into this and added a simple red ribbon around the dog's neck. I've also learned that if you're really careful it's pretty easy to cut off all those extra Valentine/Christmas/etc add-ons that are sold attached to holiday plush. Good to know if you want to stock up on holiday clearance plush to use for other occasions.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Valentine's Day!!!
