Walk With Sally

As some of you who have been around here for the past several years know my husband, Nick, is the founder of an incredible non-profit mentoring program for kids whose families are dealing with cancer. The program, Walk With Sally , matches these children with adults who have gone through what they're going through.

The friendship and support of the mentoring program creates a safe environment during a very scary time for these kids. Through donations, Walk With Sally is able to provide day outings, an education resource library and a supportive community to anyone who has been touched by cancer or who is currently living through it. 

Walk With Sally's annual fundraiser event will be taking place July 16th and for anyone in the L.A. area, I encourage you to come and be a part of it. Below is the info and I'm extending the friends and family invitation to you all (because you are ) I really hope you'll be there. It's a really special evening, there's great food and The Blues Travelers! Who doesn't love a little harmonica by the sea.
