I'm not sure I should even attempt to tell you how beautiful the Alhambra palace is. It is honestly my favorite place that I've been in the whole wide world. It's both an incredibly calming and inspirational place, all that the same time.
I first went to Alhambra when I was about Fifteen, and it has stayed with me ever since. It's the only place out of all my travels that I really really want to go back to. You have to arrive early in the morning though if you want the best experience of the place.
- Get there early, and book ahead. If you book ahead you don't have to get there ridiculously early, and you wont have to queue for hours.
- Give yourself the entire day in the grounds. It's massive and you'll want all those hours to soak up the gorgeous surroundings.
