Watership Doom

I can't have it said that there's no charity shopping on a blog called Faith Hope and Charity Shopping, so whilst second-hand finds have taken a slight back seat to crafting recently, a few bits and pieces have made it over the threshold.
Another cantilevered sewing box - needs some TLC
I need to replace the hinges and reattach the feet and handle, and then it will be a home for all my jewelry making junk. It came with the original contents - wooden reels, various buttons, rusty tins full of pins and some alarming salmon pink stuff called 'hose darn'. [Seriously, you should see it. Thank God for the 21st century and 120 denier black opaques]
Glass coypu? iguana? rabbit jelly mold. I've been after one of these for ages.
It does look a little like an orthopaedic shoe in this photo but it is a rabbit - look at it from the front.
 "There's something very queer about the warren this evening..."
Apparently it's the law that the rabbit MUST be made in red jelly, giving a result rather horrifyingly like the flayed ones you occasionally see at farmers' markets or posh butchers in Chelsea. {sorry vegetarians}
I've got a brand new combine harvester...
Can you spell myxomatosis?
On the plus side, his years in the lab had made him very popular at techno nights
Vintage annuals - £1 for the 2
Vintage expanding coat rackThe lovely Sophia hangs her necklaces off hers, which is an idea I intend to shamelessly steal.
And yes - I know, all these posts so close together. Why - I'm almost prolific!
Hardly worth asking if you saw my Retro Sweets giveaway - the comments have gone mad. I could write any old crap and you wouldn't flamingo, you're only in it for the pink shrimps!
