Wedding 101: Wedding Cake by Sofia's Sweets

Our wedding cake by Ms. Krystine of Sofia's Sweet

I met Ms. Krystine Reyes thru our wedding coordinator, Bingo Flores. He recommended Sofia's Sweets. She does not have a physical shop yet. I started communicating with Ms. Krystine via facebook messenger. She was easy to talk to, although she was having a hectic schedule because it is already ber months during that time and she will also be leaving the Philippines for a month, she made time to meet up with us. Actually, to meet up my fiancé back then, he was the one who actually talked to her for the contract signing because I have work during those times. We really trusted our cake to her to the extent did not required to have a cake tasting. Hehe

I got the design I like for our cake from Pinterest. I sent her some photos of my pegs and she added few more flowers as my request. The flavors of our cake were red velvet with cream cheese frosting and vanilla with lemon buttercream frosting. The frosting was little hard to cut but taste oh soooo good! It was a flavor busting on our mouths. Sarap besh! Nagcrave tuloy ako bigla sa cake. We have 2 tiers for the real cake and the other tiers were fake. The cake costs 18,000 Php. I think it is worth it. I love how simple and elegant it was. If I will change something with my cake, maybe it will be more on gold shade or yellowish shade for the accent on the top. Hehe For me, it looks nice and very tasty, Will I order another cake from her shop? Of course!
