NOTE: I spend my Wednesdays Unplugged from appointments. It's my day to stay home, enjoy cooking and welcome our kids and grandkids for dinner in the evening. We celebrated Father's Day and my husband's birthday on Sunday at our son's house. Their two kids were having a great time with their new bikes!
RECIPE OF THE WEEK This week's recipe is one our son served...delicious, and I immediately asked for the recipe! He said he modified it from one he found from Bobby Flay at foodnetwork.com... said next time he would would add the Brussels sprouts part way into the baking time because the potatoes take longer to cook.
