Don’t you hate when you have a great weekend planned, but it all seems to go by so quickly? Yah, well, I can’t believe it’s already Monday, let’s put it that way.

Had a blast at the horse races! Hubs and I got to get fancy, and I had fun with the girls:

Sunday was totally unplanned — don’t you love those days? My husband ended up having to work, so I took the wee one to the “monkey zoo.” Funny how we spent more time on the carousel and train (and mimicking animals) than seeing actual animals.

That brings us to today. I’m on MIMI+MEG today sharing how I get sh** done. Also funny that after working for myself for 10 years now, I didn’t really realize I have a system. Meg helped me see there IS a method to the madness! And let’s be honest: justification for spending time on things like redecorating the office. Progress:
…decided to bring my two brass lovers back together again. And I have so many amazing design books, I thought I’d put some of my inspirations front and center this time.
I’ll be sure to take some “formal” pics once I get that elusive peacock chair!
