My friends and I have come up with a few extra seasons. Along with the usual 4 we have added allergy, wind, fire and tourist. April is always a windy month for us and right now the wind is out of control. If you don’t suffer from seasonal allergies when you move here you will by the end of April.
I’ve posted this picture on all of my sites because it is the biggest offender during allergy season in my area. The male juniper tree or, as my friend calls it, an evil overgrown weed (she cracks me up) This one isn’t dead, it is FULL of pollen. This evilness is what has my head full of, God knows what. My throat is slightly sore. And I have a low grade headache. 2 Sundays ago I stayed home from church (and later missed a birthday party) because I felt so lousy I didn’t know if it was allergies or if I was sick. Last week I had a migraine for 2 days. Gotta love allergy/wind season
