Well, not those logs...
I'm on a mission to become a better person, inside and out. I want to chase my dreams but actually manage to catch them, using skill and tactic, instead of just running around madly trying to achieve them. Everything in life needs a solid, formulated plan and written steps that must be done to achieve each step along the way. While on my journey to change, I'll document my steps and progress on here, and maybe you'll take some ideas from my experiences and use them for your own well-being mission.
I am aware I've brought up this topic many times before, but this time, it's actually happening. Before it was just an idea. Here's the original post called Back to the Bones.
A couple of the things I have in mind are:
- Gaining Weight- If you know me, you know I'm a skinny little thing. A little too skinny actually. I have a ridiculously high metabolism, so instead of just eating more, since that doesn't seem to work, I'm on a mission to build muscle mass. If you are one who wants to lose weight, my logs may help you, because while I'm gaining, the exercise I'm doing may help you lose weight as well as get toned. (This might not apply to guys though, sorry I don't know what you'd have to do.)
- Time Management- I hate that end of the day feeling of being unaccomplished.
- Learning Arabic- Arabic is my second language, but I'm starting to lose it since I don't talk in Arabic a lot. I want to improve my arabic.
- Finishing my novel. As a writer, this is one of the hardest things to do. Get your ideas on paper. I plan on finishing my novel by the end of the year so I need some serious motivation!
