What Bugs Lurk in Your Bed?

The worst bit of that is the fact that after six months 10 per cent of the weight of your pillow could be dust mites. Yuk, yuk, yuk.  I think it's probably one of those things that's not worth thinking about too much - a bit like pondering the science of aeronautics when you're actually in a plane miles above the earth. As well as making me alert to the skin-crawling horribleness of beasties in the bed, The Bedding Company also offered me a new duvet to review. Ideal as the other one is off at the launderette getting it's, ahem, annual wash.  They sent us a Silentnight Superspring Antibacterial duvet in 10.5 tog. And it's lovely.  What bugs lurk in your bed? I've no idea how it happens but the 'superspring' bit means that it shouldn't go flat or for the filling to end up in one corner or another.  It's fluffy and thick without being heavy. 10.5 tog is supposed to be what you need for spring or autumn but it feels toasty enough for all year round.
