It is amazing how much can happen in just a few weeks! I can’t believe the last thing I blogged about was that Russian meteor! So what stuff have we missed? Lets do a quick recap!
First, the boring news that actually matters to us. Well our messed up government yet again started screwing with our finances and let the country fall into the sequester, great. The DOW is on record highs again, and on a huge winning streak, which seems to indicate the economy is recovering finally. New York reports that it is experiencing a net growth in population for the first time since the 50′s. Last but not least there is a new pope.
I think that about covers the boring stuff.
Now how about some random stuff that happened while I was gone?
A man playing golf fell into an 18 food deep sinkhole. I don’t think anyone there was too upset considering he was the only one who was actually any good and had just putted for a birdie, but nonetheless emergency workers got him out safe and sound. Personally I think anyone who can play golf while I have to sit here freezing my face off in the snowy Midwest deserves to fall into a sink hole.
In other news Miss Teen Delaware, who was recently named Miss Teen USA has resigned her title after she made a porno. She says it isn’t her, but after some further research I can definitely say it was. By further research I mean I did what every good investigative blogger did would and… read about it in the news you perverts. It turns out she was using that money to pay for the expenses of her trip to the Miss Teen USA pageant, so I think the money went to a good cause, but I guess some people think differently.
