What Makes an Awesome Granny?

Sadly I don't have any Grandparents that I am close to, but I would say that I am particularly lucky in that I am pretty close to the whole of my Husbands family, including his Grandparents. So even though I don't have my own, I still get to kind of experience it in my own little way. Ethan, however, is very lucky. He has 2 Great-Grandparents and 2 sets of Grandparents who all adore him. It feels great to me to be able to provide him with that. 
I tweeted earlier in the month about the 888ladies granny awards, a competition all about honouring the awesome grannies out there! The top 3 grannies will win either an iPad Mini, Pandora jewellery or £100 to spend in Love2Shop vouchers! Personally I think it's about time we had an awesome giveaway like this to honour the brilliant grandmas/grandmothers/grannies/Nans/Nanas out there! Will you be nominating yours?
