The Naked in my context is honesty. I try to be as honest as I can on this blog. I know you readers come here to read the story of my life and maybe along the way, "know" almost everything about me. Of course there are some aspect of my life that I would prefer it be private but in my blogging life, I am as honest as I can be.
A friend of mine recently sent me an email asking a few good questions, so I thought today, I would try to address them as honest as I can.
Why don't you blog about your life anymore? I keep seeing reviews and etc on your blog.
It seem like it doesn't it. I have been doing a whole heap of reviews of late and from a blogger who wishes to monitise her blog, this is a good thing. It means that PR and Brand companies are willing to send you things to review in hopes that you can persuade your readers to go buy their products. I for one am hoping that part of my blog grows out that way. That PR and Brands companies want my influence on my readers to help boost their sales. But that doesn't mean that I concentrate solely on that. It may seem like that from time to time but I hope you trust me that my blog will not a blog just for reviews and etc. I sometimes fancy myself as a writer (ok maybe a writer wannabe) and blogging is the only outlet that I have to "let it all out". I have not done one of those lately.
Why don't you like to post about controversial things? In other words, why not shake it up a little?
To tell you the truth, I am not sure why I have not done this. I am always very honest when friends ask me for my opinion. Of course there is a time a place for it and I am passionate about certain things, like breastfeeding and supporting the working mom. I think it's because I don't really like confrontation and such so I avoid it as much as I can. Maybe one day, I will go there a little just to test the water out. :) I just hope I still have readers after it. HAHA...
Your blog post is becoming less and less. Why?
I miss posting as well. I miss having the time to sit down and just pour my heart out on the blog. I am busy, yes, but I have all these ideas in my head that I think " Hey! This is going to make a really cool post and I should blog about it" but by the time I sit down, I would have either lost the mood to write OR forgotten what I would like to say. I do hope that with the Lil' Tiger getting a little older and more independent, I will have more time to write and work on the blog.
So these are a few of the questions I get asked from time to time either by friends or you lovely readers out there. Please know that I do remember you guys out there and I am happy that you guys are still visiting my lovely blog from time to time.
