ModRock the Musical is playing through this Sunday, July 14th at El Portal Theatre.
The musical is set in the 1960′s in London. It was very much a time when cultures and styles clashed, bands ruled the pop charts, and fashion trends emerged on Carnaby Street.
Inspired by the historic clash between the rival youth group factions the “Mods” and “Rockers” it is a story of young love lost then found again told through the music and lyrics of 20 classic songs from the era sung and danced by a young, vibrant cast.
Reviews have been coming in, and this place is a fun, vibrant play that brings out the fun of the 1960′s.
