I was super dehydrated after tonight’s workout and basketball open gym! I actually played because I used to be a hard core beast on the court 
and I thought I might die in the middle. My eyes got all dark and little flashes of light were flooding my vision. I was like, this is not normal for me and need a sub, stat!
Dinner tonight was crazy randomness. I took my brother with me to get more water and while he filled the 2 million gallon jugs I shopped for some nutrients.
