Women Doing Business: Series Wrap Up

Hi everyone! 
I hope everyone is having an amazing Monday so far. It's a little quiet in these parts due to Spring Break...You might have heard of it? Yeah, I don't remember Spring Break either. It has led to our town becoming quite bare and the best part? No school buses in the morning! Wahoo! Highlight of my morning commute, and possibly my day. Is that sad? 
It's also very quiet in the office because many of my co-workers have taken their vacation with their kids being out of school. God bless 'em! 
Although my blog was bustling with guest posts last week, there was little heard from moi. Reason being, I wanted to preserve the integrity of the guest posters' voices, and I really wanted you to 'hear' from their experiences. Today I am going to give my two cents, since my head has really been reeling lately. 
I have really been contemplating starting another means of income. Reason being, well, our economy for one, but also being able to invest in something that is truly mine. The extra income helps, but I also want ownership of something that I can be proud of and invest time into. I honestly thought I would be satisfied at stopping at this blog, but somehow it just isn't enough. I have really been evaluating my strengths and interests, and I believe I have them narrowed down. Now bear with me, these are very raw: 
1. I like to make things, but I am not entirely crafty. 2. I like to design logos, branding, etc. 3. I like to create beautiful packaging and I am passionate about a product having a certain appeal. 4. I believe wholeheartedly in excellent customer service and making people feel proud of their investment.5. I enjoy leading and being my own boss {come on, who doesn't?}
So I have some things in the works, but can't really reveal too much right now. Basically, because I am not sure the avenue I am headed. All I can say honestly, is its time to start chasing some dreams!
