When it comes to women's fashion, I have to admit - I have always been the kind of person who likes to avoid spending a lot of money.
I worked for quite a while for the head office of New Look and it gave me a bit of a passion for what they called "fast fashion" - I tend to fall head over heels in love with one item for clothing and I'll wear it to death for about a month, and then I'll be bored of it and it will be flung to the back of my wardrobe so I'm never too keen to pay any more than £20 or so per item as I know how fickle I am with clothing!
I also love a bargain, so outlet shopping and finding online discounts is a hobby of mine - lately I've been experimenting with more expensive items that I've found on sale to compare the quality and I've actually been surprised to find that the higher priced items have been better fitting and seem to be of higher quality...so maybe I've been wrong all this time, perhaps it is better to spend that little bit more on clothing to get better quality for your money?
Just for fun, I've set out two outfits below which I really love at the moment - one of them is comprised of higher priced designer items and is worth a total of £570 (not including the beautiful pre owned omega watch which I had to include because I found it on Xopes and just fell in love with it!) and one is from high street stores and features items that are currently on sale meaning the outfit total is just £50!
So I'm intrigued, can you guess which one is the £570 outfit and which is the £50?
Let me know in the comments!
