Yoga At Home - Fancy A Free Trial?

A few months after Tyne was born, I decided to start going along to a weekly Yoga class with my sister.
I was feeling slightly frazzled from being Mum all day long and felt that I just needed something that would help me to unwind a little, plus a bit of exercise and relaxation never hurts does it? Yoga really appealed to me as it encompassed all of these things.
We went to the class every week and I thoroughly enjoyed that time to just focus on my body and my breathing, I found it so calming.
But then I fell pregnant with Noah, and I didn't feel comfortable going along anymore as I started to struggle a bit with morning sickness (all day long!)...soon after Sailor came along and now here I am, its 3 years later and I haven't done any yoga since!
I would love to attend a class again as although I have bought lots of books on Yoga since, I never quite get the same results from them as I do from an instructor led class - but free time is truly a thing of the past and with no babysitters around I simply don't have the opportunity to attend a class regularly.
However, I have recently been introduced to Yogaia - a website which features a huge range of yoga classes for all abilities and needs, both live classes and recorded ones so that you can fit your yoga around your own schedule without ever having to leave the comfort of your home.
This has been a fantastic discovery, as I really can't give yoga enough credit for how much it helps to ease my anxiety symptoms and just help me to calm myself at the end of a long and stressful day.
My favorite lesson is Nadines restorative class which is just perfect for winding down before bed, and helps to relax both my mind and my body ready for a restful nights sleep.
And attending this class online doesn't only benefit you, but as this is a charity class it also benefits others too - for every person who takes the charity class, Yogaia are donating £1 towards girls education in developing countries with Plan International UK.
If you're new to Yoga, this website is perfect for you as you can even set up your web cam to join in with the live classes so that the instructor can see you and assist with getting your poses correct - so you truly get all the benefits of attending a yoga class without having to leave your living room, perfect for those of us who struggle to find childcare or even those who perhaps feel anxious or unsure about attending a class themselves.
There are even yoga classes for Kids which I think is a fantastic idea, I have tried them out with my son this week and he absolutely loves them - we do them first thing in the morning as a bit of a Wake Up Routine and they really help to energise him and get him in a good mood for the day ahead.
If you like the sound of Yogaia but are unsure of whether it's right for you then worry not, you can try it out for 1 week absolutely free with my special reader access code.
