#63. I am thankful for when my cat, Peanut, does silly things that make me laugh.
Earlier this week he did just that. I was getting dressed and had just taken a pair of sneakers out of my stack of shoe boxes. no sooner than I took them out I see Peanut looking in the box. I say to him, "you can't fit in there". Everyone knows cats love to squeeze into small spaces. Within seconds of me warning him he goes in head first. LOL, only half of his body fit. He quickly realized his error and backed out. But, not before I could snap a picture. I was cracking up laughing at him.
I think everyone should have a pet. I have had both cats and a dog and received great love, affection, and joy from both. Some of my friends have had other kinds of pets like rabbits and have had the same experience. The unconditional love that animals show their owners and just having another living being in your home goes a long ways in bringing you closer to the Joy you have been chasing.
So go adopt a pet!!! Well, only if it fits your lifestyle. But I do recommend it. For those of you who have pets, what kinds of things do they do that really make you laugh?
