It was at the later the trouble begins........... The site owner has had a running online war, (according to him) with the Thoughts site, and once upon a time with another site called Boardforus.
He accused both sites of spamming his site, and some of the member from those sites trash talking his site. He even accused me of this, and I had never trash talked his site. I did however go after him personally when out of the blue, we found out he placed a bot called Hal9000 into the Thoughts site and stole peoples works and posted them at his site as Hal9000s work.
He has started this again, only this time he has stolen all my work from Thoughts. He has several pages of them on his site at the moment.
Now to some, this may not sound like a big deal, if not, I hope you never have anything stolen from you.To give you a little insight into the pettiness of this sites owner, I asked a friend to aquire an email address from another member there, so I could stay in touch with that member (I was banned from the site) Anyway, Te sites owner has been monitoring personal messages and so he banned my friend as well, last night.
His whole staff was made aware of his bot, and they stood by while he went into the Thoughts site and stole all kinds of posts. So I would have to say his staff is just as bad or worse than he is. He's nuts, so I'd have to say he has at least half an excuse, not too sure about his staff, but I'm beginning to think they are too.
I will be serving him a DMCA take down notice. Basically what it is, is protection from people stealing your work online and calling it theirs. If not complied too, he could lose his site. If any of you reading this are thinking about joining his site, I'd think a little more about it. It wouldn't be a good idea, especially when the site owner is running it like a dictatorship.
