Our little family is lucky enough to have lots of love coming straight from all of you. I know it can hard to keep tabs on us, so I thought I’d let you know some of the little things that have been happening around here. This may be a regular thing, but probably not. I just felt like it this week.

FreeRice.com is a website that donates 10 grains of rice to WFP for each question you get right.
We donated 1,600 grains of rice by answering some vocabulary and math questions, then I decided to set up a group, which you’re welcome to join. There’s no extra benefit to the group, but it’s fun to see all the grains piled together.
We adopted a couple of oni.

I started the search for a (shhh, it’s still a secret till I actually make plans) mini blogger meetup for BloggerInteractive. Are you going to be in the LA area at the end of March?
I’ve been rocking my wrist bands, since my carpal tunnel is acting up. I like to pretend I’m a new age Wonder Woman and so I make whooshing sounds as I walk around. Just because my jet is invisible, doesn’t mean you can’t hear it. (This is an old picture from when I busted up my mouth, but it shows off my splint so nicely that I decided to use it again. My lips is all better now.)
I found out that my husband is still holding a grudge about being forced to give his awesome superhero and Star Wars Valentine’s Day cards to even the class bully. I finally updated my books on GoodReads. The trouble I’m having is that I like to start the year by re-reading books. I often complain to Dave that GoodReads is not designed for me, and one big reason is that they don’t allow me to indicate that I’ve re-read a book. The other reason is that it allows people to give a 1 star rating on books I love. He says the latter problem is unreasonable. We agree to disagree.
I made a bunch of these. The tea tastes like love.
I bit the bullet and changed my emails after all the troubles I’d been having. Please update your books! Thanks!
