Chicken House's Inasal
I was born in the city of smiles and the home of the original chicken inasal - so coming home to Bacolod is not complete without getting my hands on the real deal. Basted in marinade (usually made up of ginger, garlic, sugar, calamansi, rock salt, soy sauce, vinegar & spices) skewered in a bamboo stick and chargrilled to perfection, it cannot fail to amaze even the most faultfinding gastronomist :)
