…Be Practical

…Be PracticalHappy Tuesday! For those of you wondering what happened to Monday, it was canceled.

April Fools!

Sorry for possibly the worst April Fools' Day prank ever. Although, in my defense, April Fools' Day should not be allowed on a Monday. Pulling the rug out from under us while we're still trying to adjust from the weekend, it's just cruel.

Plus Monday just adds a filter of super skepticism that removes the fun from even the best attempts at humor.

Like this one, it's obviously too adorable to be true. We all know that we don't get nice things any more. But seriously tennis, make this happen.

Or this "too soon" and "out there" attempt that definitely missed its moment. NASA, you know what you did...or didn't do.

50 years after Scouts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed on the moon, we're announcing the first-ever Scout Camp in outer space!

Led by Chief Ambassador Bear Grylls, 12 Explorer Scouts will be ready for liftoff in April 1, 2021. 🚀 https://t.co/cXd1BaTigz

Finally, there are the ones that are perhaps a little too real? I'm just going to awkwardly walk away from this one.

Basically, we should actually just cancel Monday. Questioning every headline and breaking news story is exhausting enough without throwing April Fools' into the mix. Good luck out there. Trust no one, and I'll see you on the other side.
