
Whether you love it, or think the cinematic version of Chris Van Allsburg’s original gorgeous illustrations is a little creepy with its motion-capture performances. It’s hard not to admit that “The Polar Express,” was an instant classic.
Telling the tale of a boy who is at that crossroads we’ve all faced, when we begin to question the magic.
Our young non-believer earns a round-trip ticket to the North Pole, and along the way learns an important lesson about growing up without growing old (and jaded).
It’s a heart-warming tale for young and old. Those who can still see and hear the magic, and those who have forgotten.
After all, Christmas isn’t really about Santa. It’s that warm fuzzy feeling you get when surrounded by family and friends. It reminds us what’s really important.
And helps us remember how to believe.
