Checking The Blanket

Posted on the 09 December 2011 by Piaiamps

A day before my Election Laws exam. Two days before Administrative Law.
I should be worrying by now on how to get through the following days. I should bury myself into the sea of cases and mountains of books. I should boost my brain with gallons of coffee. I should cover myself with different hues of highlighters and pencils. But no, I’m not doing anything other than sitting here in my bed with a blanket on my feet and a laptop on my legs. And I think I hear Bruno Mars singing for me. I am extraordinarily lazy.
Yes, I might need a cup of coffee today. The weather, oh the weather is so inviting. I just finished my Admin Law reviewer last night. I had to cover everything before tomorrow; otherwise it would be useless. I am glad I am still on my inherently late schedule. I also did handwritten notes for Election Laws. Man, my penmanship is becoming surely alarming. Thank God the Supreme Court implemented the MCQs for the Bar. I’m just saying hehe.
I am not going to school today. It’s the Feast of Our Lady of Immaculate Concepcion, one of the perks of attending a Catholic school. For that, I have a whole day of snugging in my bed. Honestly, I want to get some sleep. I’ve been sleeping at dawn for two nights in a row. It’s tedious. I didn't even drink coffee! I also can’t sleep now. *sniffs

Checking The Blanket

I promise you, I really want to go to sleep.

Anyway, I was checking the documents in my files in an attempt to read all the cases assigned for the exams, since I can’t sleep, when I found this.

Checking The Blanket

Don't you just love my ELIMINATE column?

It’s the personal grid that Dean Capanas asked us to make during the rendezvous at Camp Zubu. I was one of the lucky hopefuls who were required to be there for the supposed to be interview for transferees. It turned out to a counseling session with the dean as the counselor. My original grid was handwritten. Upon enrollment, the college messaged me via Chikka that I had to submit it. So I encoded it because the original was patently embarrassing.
According to Dean, the personal grid will help us achieve our goals. He added that since we personally composed it, there’s no reason for us not to follow it. Unfortunately for me, it seems that I'm only practicing the CREATE column except for the exercise schedule so far.  Does this mean I am remotely distant from my goals?
Le sigh.
The sun just came out. Back to work.
P.S. I've got paws for my background! I am not really a dog lover because I don't like all dogs but I mourned twice when we lost Speed and Shadow. I miss the boys.
