Happy weekend, crusaders!
As we enter this first post-Emmy nomination weekend, I know everyone is excited to get started on their nominated-binge viewing.
And with Netflix's victory over HBO, it just became a whole lot more doable.
Not to mention, it's likely hotter than all get out wherever you are, so might as well make it a productive weekend indoors.
So, sit back, relax, and get ready for some of my favorite Emmy-nominated shows from Netflix...
"GLOW"I will be the first one to express skepticism about liking a show about lady wrestlers in the 80s, but this one is a real gem about some crazy strong ladies (literally and emotionally) and well worth the watch.
"The Crown"Speaking of awesome ladies, this regal drama continues to be an award show favorite (and rightfully so) with Prince Philip (Matt Smith) and Princess Margaret (Vanessa Kirby) getting some well-deserved nods this year as well.
"Queer Eye"There are so many things to love about this show but my favorite is that after hearing fan reactions to season one, they made their marketing for season two primarily about openly weeping and avocados. Intrigued? Prepare to grow.
