CN Tower

CN TowerOn Wednesday I went with Grandpa to the CN Tower for the first time. We bought our very expensive tickets and then went to go see their 3D movie about planes. It was actually a pretty good movie. There were lots of birds and it talked about how planes have changed over the years. They also showed a new plane they are working on that is suppose to be based on a bird. It was entertaining. Then we went up to the observation deck. This person that looked like Snooki from Jersey Shore was the elevator operator. She said it would only take us 58 seconds to get to the top. It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. At the top we went on the observation deck and I took some photos of the view of Toronto and we watched a couple planes land at the Toronto island airport. After that we went to the glass floor area. I walked towards the glass floor area and stepped on it and was like whoa! It's scarier looking down than it is looking out over the city. I sat on the glass floor but I couldn't really look down. Then we went outside to the old observation deck, went to the bathroom and then back down the elevator. Then we went to the moving theater after seeing their pre-show.
CN TowerIt was a roller coaster ride through a made up GMO jungle in the future. It was kind of scary and they kept squirting water at us. Yes, it was gross and scary and uncomfortable. I did not like the moving theater, it just wasn't very enjoyable.
I did like going up in the tower, it was a nice view and something you just have to do when you live near Toronto.
