Happy Saturday, fellow crusaders! Today our week of summer reading comes to a close.
This week we’ve given you our four cents on a variety of books with impending cinematic interpretations. However, today I would like to remind you that reading doesn’t just have to be about studying up for the film.
While movies are awesome, and seeing a directors interpretation of a favorite book can be exciting (and frustrating), with books you get to be the director. The author introduces you to their world, and you get to do the rest.
I realize that may sound like a lot of work, but I promise it isn’t. Plus it gives you the opportunity to flex your brain muscles, which is something we could all use a little more of.
So, on that note, I’ll leave you to enjoy your weekend, and (hopefully) a good book.
…just for fun:
