Okay, well maybe not all food, but it truns out that if you eat a balanced diet you’ll be healthier.
More importantly, according to a recent study, a balanced diet beats out low carb and low fat diets in terms of improving your overall health.
Those of you who have been starving yourself on and off for the past decade, I’ll give you a moment to digest.
Nervous about going back to eating normal food after depriving yourself for so long? Don’t worry, just think of it as another kind of diet.
