Dehaati Aurat- Another Turn

In my previous blog when I had written about Loksabha Polls 2014, I had never imagined that it will take such a twist and turn. It saw a pretty unimaginable player. A surprise puppet in the circus! Nawaz Shrif! Pakistani PM has just given a new phrase and new wave to this election for Indian political parties to ride on.
Dehaati Aurat (village woman). He called names to our PM. This phrase evokes a lot of emotions when you hear it and think of it. Village Woman, MMS, really? Mr. Sharif how many dehaati women have you come across? Come to think of it, personally I feel its a compliment for a reticent person like MMS. Dehaati women of India usually would bite your ears off Mr. Sharif! What are you even talking about? Now on a little serious note its detestful and certainly not an apt word to use.
Now lets see the waves created by not so sharif sounding Mr Sharif. Apart from social media pouncing on it BJP and NaMo has already used it with supreme strategy. Now I dont know whether this rally in Delhi was pre organized or was organized in a jiffy to cash this situation. In all honesty even a cynic like me when I heard NaMo speaking about it and saying how dare Nawaz Sharif can speak about OUR PM like this. I felt like clapping for him! Geez.... Can I hide somewhere?
Though its all jingoism but certainly this will fuel the aam aadmi like me to like NaMo more. In India, we still fight elections on popular likes and dislikes. Intricate policies and economic are for closed doors. Public only knows broad number and feel happy about the growth if at all any. Modi has been harping about it and guess playing it well too.
For the layman of India its an insult to our country by none other than our arch rivals  Pakistan. Modi knows how to play it. Wish Congress knew about it. RaGa instead of nonsensing the ordinance should have stood up for PM.
Dehati Aurat may just become a turning point. I solely wish Sharif's comment would dissolve in thin air as the time goes by. I surely doesnt want any outsider's comment to drive our election circus. Our stand up artists are good enough.
Couple of lines for Sharif. For your information about our PM (which certainly is not beyond dehaati aurat). He is a sardar with brains and not brawns. The sardar who singlehandedly pioneered and paved the way for growing India. Which your Pakistan is still dreaming of. An accomplished economist, teacher, strategist and well behaved human being which again I guess you wouldnt know. Since you seem to be busy dealing with dehaati aurat's. And for the records,god forbid if you really ever come across a dehaati aurat from India. Rest assured you would be shunted.
