I stumbled upon a post about Dove Elixir Oil sometime back while I was going through some beauty blogs. I had seen the advertisements on TV but had dismissed it as I am not a fan of Dove hair products. They have not worked for me at all. However the review of this oil somehow interested me and I went to my pharmacy store to pick up HairFall Rescue Oil. I have lately been suffering from intense hairfall issues. The fine print on pack said that you need to apply it only 30 minutes before shampoo. The oil that I had picked up said it contains Rose with Almond oil.Priced at Rs 185 for 90 ml, this did look very interesting as it contained Almond Oil. According to the instructions, a small amount would be good enough for short hair like mine. So I did that was told. I applied and massaged the oil in my short, wavy and and slightly rough hair. After 30 minutes on the clock, I washed it off with my Lush's Karma Komba Bar. Post washing, drying and conditioning, my hair's texture was the way it was.
After a few washes, I noticed an alarming increase in hairfall. Before I started using Dove Elixir Hairfall rescue I had about few strands falling during my hair wash routine, but after about 4-5 uses, the strands increased by leaps and bounds. This is when I discontinued the use.
However, the few reviews that I have read about this oil I have been very positive and this the reason I went and bought the product in the first place. But I dont think I shall be using it again.

2) Pleasant smell
Cons:
1) Its not really NON-STICKY
2) May cause hairfall
3) Contains a large number of chemicals as per the bottle
