EAT - Chopped Salad with Pocket Thin

Posted on the 23 June 2012 by Art Of Mob @artofmob
Since I still had salami in the refrigerator and a package of Orowheat Pocket Thins, it was easy to toss this together.
Here's what I came up with for a total of 9 PointsPlus.  If you're not big on meat, substitute with chopped egg or chopped egg whites.
Tossed greens with thin sliced red onion, red cabbage and celery (I always make double the amount of salad we'll need for dinner so I have some leftover for lunch!)
3 Greek olives = 0 PointsPlus
1/2 cup Albertson's Mozzarella Cheese - 2 PointsPlus
1 oz. of Columbus Salame (that's how they spell it) - 2 PointsPlus
2 Tbsp. Girard's Light Caesar Dressing - 2 PointsPlus
5 sprays each of Wishbone Ranch and Wishbone Italian Dressing (0 PointsPlus)
1/2 Orowheat Pocket Thin (3 PointsPlus)
Make every salad special with a chilled plate and fork!  You're worth it!
And if this doesn't fill you up, you can add a side of fresh fruit for 0 PointsPlus.
