We live in a competitive world, crusaders, but in the best of circumstances (and I hope most), that competition comes with sportsmanship, compassion, and kindness.

In a sport where love means nothing (i.e. a score of zero), it suddenly meant everything. To have a headline so uplifting, so ego-free, and so kind trending this Sunday morning is the greatest Sunday Funday gift any of us could have hoped for.
I'm sure somewhere else in the world bad things are happening, people are being petty and selfish, and cruel words are being shared, but right here at this moment, we see humanity at its best. I for one will hold on to that for as long as I can.
Now let's all go forth into what remains of this long weekend and be the kind of kindness we want to see in the world.
