Happy Father's Day to all the super dads, super moms who are dads too, and the super dads who are moms too! (and any other variation that I'm forgetting)
In case no one else says it to you, thank you. Fatherhood is not easy. It's never putting yourself first. It's tough love. It's compassion. It's being there. We literally could not do anything without you. You're amazing and you're doing great.
Just a quick reminder to remember those who might be having a rough time today. If you're one of those people, feel what you need to feel and know that we're sending you all the love.
Before I go, I do want to say happy Father's Day to my Dad, the 2WC's most loyal follower. Thank you for playing catch with me when no one else would because I insisted on trying to throw at the same speed as the Cardinals (I got really close). Thank you for introducing me to Tolkien. Thank you for waiting in line with me for every new Harry Potter book, and then patiently waiting for me to finish said book so that you could read it too. Thank you for always leading by example, especially when it comes to photobombing. Thank you.
On that note, I'll leave you all to the rest of your Father's Day (and an example of the photobombing master at work). To the kids of great fathers, don't forget to thank them. To those fathers, I hope your day is as great as you.
