…Find Pooh CornerThis weekend's release of "Christopher Robin," has a lot of people talking about that beloved, silly, old bear, Winnie the Pooh. While the reviews have been mixed, there are more than a few

It seems some may have been living under the misapprehension that the Hundred Acre Wood is an exclusively happy place. It is not, just ask Eeyore.Don't get me wrong, plenty of happy thing's happen in Pooh's imaginary corner of the world. However, the message at the heart of A. A. Milne's story is the finite nature of childhood, and well, everything. The lesson being not that endings are sad, but that every moment is precious and should be cherished.

This balance of the happy with the sad is what makes the story resonate with so many. It's what makes Winnie the Pooh timeless.

Pooh is about being in the moment. Nothing is live is guaranteed, so appreciate what you have while you have it. In other words, get out there and make the most of your Saturday.

"How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard."

- Winnie the Pooh
