This past week I've had a lot on my mind (prayers appreciated) and I wrote about 5 things I could focus on when life sucks. Unfortunately life does suck sometimes, and it's good to have a strategy ready. This week I also wrote about my visit to the American Cancer Society AstraZeneca Hope Lodge Philadelphia.
