#FlashbackFriday Prom Party!!!

It's that time of year again. We are quickly approaching prom season.   I cannot believe it's been over 15 years since I went on my senior prom.  I am not one of those people who consider high school to be my best time.  College was way better.
For me high school was a time of loneliness and insecurity except for a few days.  These few days included the senior class trip to New York and the Prom, both junior and senior.  The prom was the first time I got a glimpse of the beautiful woman that I was becoming.   The prom was the first time I remember feeling a little sexy and liking it. I did not feel insecure or worried.  I felt full of Joy.

In a few short weeks girls young women across the country will be having a a similar experience as they head out to dance the night away at their prom.  To help these young women and their parents get ready Macy's is hosting Prom Party tomorrow, Saturday April 5th at 2pm at King of Prussia Mall. At the Prom Party guests will enjoy yummy sips and sweets, music by a DJ, beauty tips and more.A fabulous cosmetic case full of goodies will be given away when you Instagram a photo of yourself in your favorite dress with #MacysProm! I will be attending the Prom Party to see just how much prom fashions have changed over the last 15 plus years.  I will be tweeting, and Instagraming my favorite looks with the hashtag #MacysProm so follow along.
