As we count down the final days before the kickoff of the 2015 Summer of Blockbusters and the release of “The Avengers: Age of Ultron” I can think of no better What to Watch Wednesday tribute than “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” The little Marvel show that could, this slow starter has become a valued member of the Marvel family.I’m not going to lie to you. I took “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” a little while to find its footing, but the Marvel fans who stuck with it through the first half of its first season have been grossly rewarded. We know things.
Much of that credit goes to Joss Whedon, who usually knows what he’s doing, and the incredible charm of Agent Coulson (not to mention Clark Gregg), whose life was saved by a hashtag (no joke #CoulsonLives). It’s been an awesome ride, and it’s only getting better.
Did I mention? We know things. What things? You’ll just have to wait and see, in the movies, like everyone else…or you could check out this amazing show. The choice is yours.
