Frustrating Delivery Service by Hermes

As some of you may know from the masses of tweets i have composed because of this agitating delivery service run by self employed postmen grouped together for 'Hermes'.I had ordered a skirt from Urban Outfitters on the 22nd of November and guess what? IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. I emailed Urban Outfitters multiple times and then i tweeted their Europe account and only then i got an email back. After that, they were very helpful though saying how my package somehow was delayed during dispatch so they offered me a refund or replacement and i loved the skirt so i opted for a replacement and they even offered my next day delivery. However, by the time i replied to the email, i had unfortunately missed their next day delivery deadline time which is MON-THURS 2pm so they dispatched it the day after on Friday and also left me a voicemail. They sent me a new tracking and reference number so i tracked my package and this is what it had said since yesterday:

I didn't understand how they sent it out as at first i thought the 'Courier' was the customer but obviously i had not received my package yesterday so that couldn't have been it. Therefore, i googled the company and found out that A LOT of people have said that this was a really bad delivery service and it's a shame that UO chose this company instead of the Royal Mail as they were very helpful in tracking my package and it turns out the 'Courier' is the person who's actually going to deliver it to my door?! So today i emailed UO again and they assured me that they will phone up the company and see where my package is then give me a call back. I genuinely do not recommend ordering using the Hermes delivery service, i've read a lot of problems with this company from other users so it's not just me talking about this company. Just hope my package arrives tomorrow. Frustrating delivery service by Hermes
