With the increasing number of crimes against women, the safety of women is one of the top concerns today. The world of tourism is also not spared. Thinlas ChorolAfter being rejected by a number of travel organisers for the job of tracking guide, Thinlas went on to set up her own company called "Ladakhi Women's Travel Company".  It was the first company in Ladkah to be owned and operated by all women.
