Don’t get too excited this isn’t an early “Man of Steel” review. It’s still over a week until the 2WC weighs in on the latest Superman film, but plenty of critics are already sharing their two cents.
Based on headlines alone (I don’t read reviews until after I’ve written mine), the consensus is that there is no consensus, but plenty of cliché headlines.
Not only that, but most humorously contradict one another, with the same cliché. Here are some personal favorites (complete with links for those who don’t mind spoilers):
It looks like you might might love it, or you might hate it, or possibly not feel that strongly either way.
Take from it what you will, but it looks like this might be the must see movie of the summer, if only to add your two cents to the ongoing debate.
