Happy Valentines!

I'm borrowing today's photo. I just couldn't help myself. I read "My Life in France" - the biography of Julia Child this summer, and I found Julia and Paul's greeting cards so amusing. Most people complain about how commercially focused Valentine's day is. For me it's just another reason to celebrate and say "I love you". Although, this girl in my class received a rose from an anonymous sender with the message "thanks for a hot night" read out loud in front of the entire class, which is a little over the top in my opinion. Apart from that I can tell you that I applied for an summer internship a couple of weeks ago, and it's clear to me that I'm definitely not getting the job after taking the required assessment test online today. It was one of those 10 minutes logical puzzle tests and I was diagnosed as a rather "slow" thinker and "inaccurate". It obviously doesn't take into account that I speak five languages fluently or any of my other good qualities for that matter. And now I will be disqualified because of this stupid test... Ah, well. What to do other than cheer myself up with Julia and Paul's photo?
