Final Four Saturday is finally here! Let the superstition, meditation, and panic commence.
Whether you’re rooting for the Ramblers or your team is still in the tournament, today is a good day for basketball. Only two teams will remain standing come tomorrow morning, but for now we can enjoy the last few moments while all four still have a shot at winning it all.
Odds-defying runs, like that of the Ramblers, are the stuff of legends. That being said, the hard work and determination of the other three Final Four teams should not be dismissed…even if the sum of their tournament rankings doesn’t even add up to half of the Rambler’s 11.
As you scream at the television this evening/late afternoon, try to remember just how impressive it is that your team got here at all. Making it into the tournament at all is a feat in itself, just ask any Rambler fan.
So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride…or pace nervously in front of the television.
