Happy National Puppy Day!
The arrival of this most adorable holiday couldn’t be more timely. I think we could all use a fluffy reminder of the good things in life.
Before we go any further, I do want to make one thing clear. All dogs are puppies and all puppies are dogs. Got it? Okay, good.
It can be easy to focus on all the bad that happens in the world, but isn’t it nice to know that even on the worst days puppies still exist. Not only that, but they’re fluffy and usually thrilled to see you.
It really makes the bad stuff a little more bearable.
True, they’re not a solution to all the world’s problems, but I do like to think that they’re one of the things we all can agree on (that and kittens).
I mean, who can look at that fuzzy little face and think that the world is a lost cause? It would take a pretty hard heart.
On that note, I’ll leave you to enjoy what’s left of this random, but much-needed holiday.
