How Mr. Bachchan Recited for Yash Chopra

Posted on the 29 October 2012 by Rukhaiyaar @rukhaiyaar
I was reading Mr. Amitabh Bachchan's blog this morning, when I saw the post about the "chautha" ceremony of Mr. Yash Chopra. Adi Chopra asked everyone to speak a few words in tribute to Yash Chopra. Big B spoke after Anupam Kher, Karan Johar and Shahrukh Khan. Out of many things he told, I wanna put some light on the beautiful poetry he recited which belongs to Late Mr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan. Here it goes:
 "जो बीत गयी सो बात गयी !!  जो बीत गयी सो बात गयी  जीवन में एक सितारा था , माना वो बेहद प्यारा था , वो डूब गया तो डूब गया - एम्बर के आनन् को देखो  कितने इसके तारे टूटे , कितने इसके प्यारे छूटे .. जो छूट गए फिर कहाँ मिले , पर बोलो टूटे तारों पर , कब एम्बर शोक मनाता है .. जो बीत गयी सो बात गयी - " How Mr. Bachchan recited for Yash ChopraWow... it is so relaxing and inspiring, I could not stop myself to share it. "Sometimes its not just about the artist who writes masterpieces, sometimes it is also about that admirer who knows which masterpiece he should recite today." Hats off to Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, every time I go to his blog, he inspires me to do good in life. If someone ever asks me what I want, I'd say, I want the clarity of thoughts only Amitabh Bachchan possesses.  Read the whole speech at http://tmblr.co/ZwrX5vVyw2LY
