How to Create a Grab Button for Your Blog

Posted on the 30 July 2012 by Art Of Mob @artofmob

You will need an image already resized for your button (using whatever photo editing software  you prefer).  A lot of buttons are square at either 125 pixels or 150 pixels on each side.  You can make them a bit larger or rectangular (like mine), but don’t go too big or it may not fit on the sidebar of many blogs.

Load the image of your resized blog button to a hosting site like Photobucket.  Make sure you’ve resized it FIRST because your button will be the size of the photo you uploaded.

Here is what you will be making – a blog button with a grab code below it so that your blog buddies can share your button in their sidebar too.

Below is a video tutorial that shows you how in just a few easy steps.  Here’s the website for the Grab My Button Code Generator.
