Which I can see being a bummer--I wouldn't want to be told my feet were too fucked up to wear heels ever again--but in my opinion a lot of her outfits would be just as cute with flats, sandals, or a pair of Converse sneakers.
Like these:
Some silver or champagne ballet flats.
Black flats and some brightly colored sneakers.
Some unique red flat sandals.
Black ballet flats or flat black boots.
It also makes me feel better. I spend most of my life in black flats or my green Converse sneakers, and normally I'm totally fine with that, but shows like Sex and the City make me doubt just slightly that I'm as fashionable as I could still healthfully be. It doesn't seem like anyone could wear heels as often as Carrie does without serious repercussions...but now we know.
