Reminder:
- Be on time. You need to be there 15-30 mins before scheduled time. Failure to do so, the appointment will not be rescheduled and you cannot refund the payment.
- Bring any Identification Card. In the information, you will sign in/ log-in because there are a lot of embassies as well in the same building. You will need an ID in exchange of visitors ID.
- Bring your passport. They will need that for validation, also make a xerox copy to give them.
- Bring Jacket. The exam room will brain freeze you (I suffered that)
- Bring Medicine like Paracetamol or Aspirin (Headache, I bet you will gonna have a killer one), Loperamide (Diarrhea- just in case because of the anxiety, high probability of this stress-induced)
- Don't bring anything except if you need eyeglasses and hearing aid.
- Be calm. Being nervous will affect your performance.
- Follow instructions. Speak not too loud, not too soft. Not too fast and not too slow. They will test that in beginning of each parts of exam. There will be a question about where you from and answer MANILLA, FILIPIJNEN.
- They will give you pause (break time) in between each exams for 5-10 mins, Eat before you go to the exam room or before taking the exam (hunger is regulated by complex system of chemicals that sends signals between brain and body, thus when you are hungry all the signals go to your tummy and less will be left in your brain which will decrease your brain function-thinking).
- Ask your question before the exam starts. They will not entertain your questions when you start the exam and they will not pause the recorded questions for you.
- Say "I don't know" if you really don't know the answer. There is no shame on that, I did that 5x.
- Pronounce or read the words as how you learned. Especially the S, T, CH, G, D and double words like UI, EO, etc. In TGN repeat after, if you didn't understand try to imitate the recorded voice like a parrot. (I did that without understanding the sentence, I was scared I will fail in this part)
- Pray. The most powerful weapon of all. I prayed a silent simple one and thank him for giving me this experience. Pass or fail, I accepts it whole-heartedly.

Good luck to those who will take it.
